If there are 214 turns in the primary, how many turns should there be in the secondary?
use V1/V2 = n1/n2
where V1 = 120 V, V2 = 15.7 V, and n1 = 214 turns
so n2 = n1 V2/V1
…… = 214*15.7/120
n2 = 28 turns, number of turns in the secondary
